Business Sales Executive

Job description

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth for both the physical beauty salon services and it’s e-commerce platform. This role involves proactive sales generation, client relationship management, and the implementation of consistent innovative strategies to increase product sales (both in-salon and online) and service bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, strong sales acumen and an understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.

Sales

  • Promote salon services (Brows, Nails, makeup, etc.) to walk-in and potential clients.
  • Drive product sales (cosmetics, skincare, etc.) both in-store and through the online platform.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (service packages, retail products, online orders).
  • Create strategies to Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Manage and follow up on client bookings, ensuring maximum appointment utilisation in the booking system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert salon visitors into loyal product purchasers and repeat service clients.

E-commerce Sales:

  • Drive traffic and sales to the online store through various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, online promotions).
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, traffic sources) and make data-driven decisions to optimise sales.
  • Identify new product opportunities for the online store based on market trends and customer demand.

Customer Relations

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Offer personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences.
  • Implement loyalty programs and exclusive offers for both in-salon and online customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.

Marketing & Web Development Team

  • Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles to drive sales.
  • Liaise with web development team & ensure the e-commerce website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and implement new strategies as appropriate.
  • Monitor SEO best practices with web development team to improve online visibility.
  • Work along with marketing team to guide them with the product promotions, marketing materials and developing digital asssets

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance against targets for both salon services and e-commerce products.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to the Director/Manager on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and online marketing tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • A passion for the beauty industry and its products/services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
